Security Deposit A deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days after booking to secure the reservation. This is used in the event of any damage occurring with a guest's visit. It is separate from the rent.

Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after guests leave, if all is in order after departure.

Full Rental Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Payments can be made by check, money order, or cashier's check. Please make payable to;

Payment procedures:

There are 2 ways that you can pay to reserve the condo.


      1.  You can pay by personal check or money order a $250 refundable security deposit that is separate from the rent. As soon as we receive the check we will lock in those dates for you. The rent is due 45 days prior to arrival, which in this case would be now.

      2. You can pay by visa card or mastercard. As soon as you give us the information for us to enter, we will lock in the dates for you. The security deposit is not necessary in the credit card transaction. We will enter a deposit of $250 from the rent owed to hold the reservation. There is a 2.8% service fee for the credit card.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Cancellations If necessary, it is required 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. An administration fee of $150.00 will be charged. If cancellations are made less than the 45 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the administration fee of $150.00.

Cancellations due to an exceptional circumstance will not be charged for such as: Tsunami, eartquake, huricane, airport closure because of a bad weather conditions.

Hawaiian Tax Transient and G.E. taxes of 11.42% must be included with your payment

Parking: To park inside the gated Kaanapali Shores complex, a parking fee of $9.00/day is charged at the Gate. Make arrangements at Front Desk.

This two-bedroom/two-bath condo is a great vacation pick for a romantic escape -- or for a small-family vacation getaway.

The condo is attractively furnished with a full kitchen, a large living room with a sofa/bed, a dining area, and a private lanai.

Amenities include central air-conditioning and three TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). Two DVD/VCR players are in the condo. A collection of some popular DVD/VCR tapes are provided, along with a game box with well liked games. Local phone calls are free. This is a NON-smoking condo.

Kaanapali Shores is a beachfront resort with many amenities. The Front Lobby is an open-air lobby, decorated with exotic fresh flower arrangements and a spectacular waterfall, which is a great welcoming to your tropical holiday.

The resort is located on miles of golden sand beach called Ka'anapali that's warmed by the Hawaiian sun and bordered by the blue Pacific. This is one of Maui's best beaches; and it's right outside your door. Resort amenities include a health club, beauty salon, outdoor massage, convenience and Hawaiian gift shops, a floral shop, game room, an ATM, and many other resources.

There are two pools, two hot tubs, and The Beach Club Restaurant/Bar which features full indoor, open-air, and poolside service. Concierge service is in the lobby, to help you plan your many Maui adventures.

There are a variety of activities for the entire family. Spectacular sunsets create an ideal setting for celebrating a honeymoon, an anniversary, or a special occasion. Onsite weddings can be arranged.

Across the street is a full shopping center including a supermarket, and a coffeehouse that has been voted "Best Coffee in Maui" many years in a row.

The channel hosts a spectacular show of humpback whales from December through April. The view is always changing -- with sea turtles, sailboats, parasailers, canoers, and snorkelers. Across the channel lie the islands of Molokai and Lanai.
