Large and beautiful, Keawakapu Beach begins in front of the Mana Kai Resort a few minutes' drive from Kamaole Sands. Next to the Mana Kai is a public parking lot. Signs point the way to the beach, which offers great snorkeling along its rocky northern terminus, terrific boogie boarding when the trade winds blow, and long, tropical-fantasy walks. (Buildings along the beach seldom exceed palm-tree height, somewhat preserving the illusion the beachfront is undeveloped.)

There are 2 ways that you can pay to reserve the condo.
1.  You can pay by personal check or money order a $250 refundable security deposit that is separate from the rent. As soon as we receive the check we will lock in those dates for you. The rent is due 45 days prior  to arrival. If you would like to pay by check or money order your total payment would be: Security Deposit + Rent + Hawaii Taxes.
The security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure (used in case of damage or missing items).

2. You can pay by visa card or mastercard. As soon as you give us the information for us to enter, we will lock in the dates for you. The security deposit is not necessary in the credit card transaction. We will enter a deposit of $250 from the rent owed to hold the reservation. 2.8% Credit card service fee.

Security Deposit A deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days after booking to secure the reservation. This is used in the event of any damage occurring with a guest's visit. It is separate from the rent.

Full Rental Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by check, money order, or cashier's check. Please make payable to;

Cancellations If necessary, it is required 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. An administration fee of $150.00 will be charged. If cancellations are made less than the 45 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the administration fee of $150.00.

Hawaiian Tax Transient and G.E. taxes of 12.42% must be included with your payment
